First I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2008 was a good year for our family. Sure, things were tough with the business; however we had all our needs met and a few wants too. We are looking forward to the adventures of 2009.
This year we stayed home for the Holidays. We had a great Christmas break and, like every year, battled the flu. But even with that we were still able to enjoy our fun tradition of fondue on Christmas Eve. We went over to my in-laws house and had steak and chicken fondue along with cheese fondue. Let me tell you it was GOOD!! Then we went home and got ready for Santa. The boys put out the cookies and milk along with some carrots for the reindeer's. Then off to bed!
Santa came and he was good to us this year. The boys had a blast playing with all their new things for the rest of the break. And I had a blast admiring these:
And these shoes!! Both came from my favorite boutique. Thank you hunny!!!
Now onto New Years! We partied all night with some friends. They had the funnest party and we are honored to have been on their guest list. They had three parties going on: A kids party, teen party and adult party. My boys had a blast playing Wii, pool and whatever else they were doing down stairs (to be honest I didn't exactly check on them).

They had guitar hero world tour rock band sing star along with other games scattered around the house. Just so you know, I ROCK at rock band, OH YEAH!! But I'm a wanna be superstar when it comes to singing.
Just before midnight we got all the drinks poured for toasting and headed out onto their back balcony to count down the New Year and watch fireworks.

The crowd waiting for the count down.
